Policies and FAQs
FOR PARTIES:
no deposit necessary. NO checks .CASH ONLY OR can pay through paypal 3 days PRIOR to party. We also accept major credit cards but has to be charged prior to service day of the party.
FOR EVENTS:DEPOSIT:
You must pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 to save your date prior to the event. This is to ensure there is adequate travel fee and date time saved. This is for EVENTS. not the parties. This can be paid in person or paypal.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellations are necessary AT LEAST 2 days prior to event. Still the deposit is non-refundable no matter when you cancel but be kind and let us know so anyone else may be able to use the date thank you. We may be able to reschedule another date if available.
How do I book a party?
You can book by either calling or texting us anytime of day or night. We will get back to you at our earliest convenience within 24hrs. please leave a message.
What is included in service?
We face paint only at this time but ensure the face painting has "WOW" factor. So that said we are not your average face painter we are professionally trained.
How price is determined for your rates ?
The time, travel, and supply is only part of the answer but what you pay for is what you get and we believe you will not be disappointed. Everyone young and adults have fun and enjoy the art displayed on their face which makes them happy when they have the choices of designs we have :) It is the art and effects that impress your guests !
